Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve made the return process simple and transparent. This policy applies only to physical products purchased directly from our website. For items bought through third-party sellers, please refer to their return policies.

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations before your order has been dispatched. Orders are packed and shipped on business days at 7:00 AM local time.

To cancel your order, make sure to contact us before that time by either:

  • Replying to your order confirmation email
  • Submitting a request via our contact form
  • Calling us at the number listed on our Contact page

Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you are eligible to return the product.

Return Periods & Eligibility

We offer two return windows depending on your reason for returning the product:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you change your mind, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
  • Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, you’ll be refunded the full purchase amount, including the original delivery fee
  • Please note that delivery charges for non-standard shipping methods (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the 14-day withdrawal period, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This allows you to return your item up to 30 days after order was placed if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You changed your mind and the product is unused and in original condition

In this case:

  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • You’ll be refunded the product price once the item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded after the 14-day period

To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Get in Touch

Reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery (or within 14 days if exercising your legal right to withdraw). Use our contact form bellow:

Please provide our customer support with your full name, email address, order number and briefly describe the reason why you want to return the product.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

If your request meets our return criteria, our team will respond within 3 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with the necessary return details.

Important: Returns without an RMA form will not be processed.

Step 3: Prepare Your Package

Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Place the RMA form inside the parcel.

  • Products returned due to change-of-mind must be unused and in original condition
  • Used items may only be returned if defective or incorrect

Step 4: Ship the return

Send your return using the shipping method of your choice. Standard postal services are acceptable.

  • Attach the completed RMA form so we can identify your parcel
  • We do not provide return labels
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

⚠️ Important: Returns must be shipped to the return address. Parcels sent to our company’s registered office may be refused and returned to the sender.

Step 5: Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of delivery
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
  • After processing, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be sent to your bank account. Please provide your IBAN to our customer service team when requesting the return, so we can process your refund.

Additional Information

  • No restocking fees are charged
  • If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will also refund the original delivery fee (excluding premium shipping options)
  • For change-of-mind returns after 14 days, the original shipping charge is not refunded
  • All returns are by mail only — we do not accept in-person returns or returns through third-party locations
