Order Issues

I want to modify my order

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details you want to update.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Orders are packed at 7:00 AM local time on business days. Please contact us before that time via your confirmation email, our contact form, or phone. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may still return the item.

I made an error in my order

If you made a mistake in your order (e.g. wrong item, size, or quantity), contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it before it is shipped.

Order and Delivery

Where is my order?

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to monitor your delivery. Contact us if you need help locating your order.

I completed my order but have not received order confirmation

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us so we can confirm your order and resend your confirmation email.

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Orders are packed at 7:00 AM local time on business days. Contact us before that time to update your address.

How do I get my invoice?

Your invoice is included in your order confirmation email. If you need a new copy, contact us with your order number.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by country:
- Slovakia & Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
- Hungary & Poland: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Click the link to follow your parcel in real time.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are flat-rate and based on your country. The final shipping price is shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

How can I find my order number?

Your order number is in your confirmation email. If you can't find it, contact us with your name and email used at checkout, and we’ll help you retrieve it.

Refunds and Returns

Until when can I refund my order?

You can return your order within:

  • 14 days of delivery if exercising your legal right to withdraw (change of mind)
  • 30 days from the order date if the product is unused, incorrect, defective, or damaged
How can I return my package?

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the return window via our contact form or confirmation email.
  2. We’ll reply within 3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
  3. Repack the item securely and include the RMA form.
  4. Ship to:

Note: Returns without an RMA or sent to the wrong address may be refused.

How long does it take to process my refund?
  • Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent to your bank account (IBAN required).
